What does the price include?
The price includes: the number of nights of stay, cleaning, reception-monitoring-exit, tourist tax, current utilities (electricity, gas, water), a quantity of firewood (in winter), pool and garden maintenance.
What does the price not include?
The price indicated does not include bed linen and towels. Bike rental is not included in the advertised price. What is the price for bed linen? The price is 15 euros per bed for the duration of your stay (house sheets, flat sheet, pillowcase).
What is the price of bathroom linen?
The price is 7 euros per towel.
How to do for the deposit?
15 days before your arrival, the deposit must be paid at your convenience either by bank loan in this case we carry out the operation remotely, bank transfer (contact details on contract) or by bank check mentioned to the order of Julien Ducommun and sent to Julien Ducommun 49 Boulevard de Reuilly 75012 Paris.
What is the rate for weddings, birthdays?
The price is variable, personalized according to the event. Please contact us.
Is the house heated in winter?
Yes, the house is heated 24 hours before your arrival. There is a radiator in each room and a fireplace with wood available.
Is wood provided for the fireplace?
Yes, a quantity of firewood is available for the fireplace. Is charcoal for the barbecue included? No, coal is not included, but the undergrowth is full of kindling that you are free to pick up.
What kitchen utensils are available?
Crockery for 16 people enough to compose a nice table, pots and pans, oven and gas hob, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer, kettle, blender, multifunction food processor, pressure cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker filter, soda stream, shaker, raclette, fondue, waffle machine.
What sizes are the beds and how are they equipped?
The size of the beds (cm): Lime Green room=160*190 / Orange room=140*200 / Pastel blue room= 140*190 / Parental room= 160*200 / Bridal room= 160*200 / Dormitory room= 90 *190 (x 6 beds). There is 1 blanket per bed. The beds are fitted with mattress covers and protective pillow covers. Sheets are not provided. Either you take the "sheets and towels" option or you bring your own sheets.
Are there facilities for babies?
There is a blender robot, a highchair, a potty, a baby folding bed. The bridal room can have a cot for children.
How much can we eat inside?
The large dining room has a table for 12-14 people. By adding a small additional table, you can eat for 16 people. There is also a small dining room for 6-8 people.
Is there an internet connection?
Yes the house offers a fiber internet connection and free wifi. Is there television? Yes, the living room is equipped with a television, access to Netflix and Amazon prime available to you.
Is there air conditioning?
No, the house is not equipped with air conditioning. However, the specificity of stone thick walls is to retain coolness well in summer and warmth in winters.
Are there bicycles?
We leave you at your disposal 2 bicycles for children free of charge. There are 4 adult bikes in very good condition that we offer as an option (30 euros/bike/3 days or 50 euros/bike/week).
What is the arrival time?
You can arrive from 4 p.m. Let us know your arrival time as soon as possible and call us 1 hour before your arrival to let the person who will greet you know.
What is the checkout time?
Departure time is no later than 10 a.m. During the summer period this time cannot be extended, please respect it. If you need to leave earlier, notify our partners 48 hours before because their presence and yours is imperative for the handing over of the keys when leaving the premises.
What happens if you take bed linen or towels?
You can take the “bed kit” or “towel kit” option up to 15 days before your arrival. You will then have to pay the amount within the same time frame. The linen will be placed on each bed and the towels in each bathroom.
What is the maximum number of beds?
The number of "fixed" beds is 16. However, we accept people who wish to add 1 or 2 mattresses in the dormitory room (only). The maximum number of people who can sleep at the house is therefore 18 people (excluding children under 2 years old).
How does pool safety work?
The safety of the swimming pool is ensured by a cover tarpaulin. The opening and closing of it are explained to you on your arrival. You sign a liability charge when signing the rental agreement.
Wi-Fi code?
The code is written on the internet box in the small dining room.
Ping pong and badminton rackets?
Each in a bag hanging above the workbench in the garage.
